All those commenting about her namaz are forgetting that she was asked about her diet plan.. nobody can really judge whether someone offers namaz or not.. it's something between you and Allah.. who are we to judge someone.. comments parh k andaza hua k MashaAllah se kitne namazi hain.. Allah bless us all.. and some people were commenting that it's not an healthy diet plan so let me remind you it's called fad diet jisko limited days k liye karte hain it's not a lifestyle.. I doubt that in 7 days you ladies will be so skinny that you'll end up having vitamin deficiencies lol.. 😂😂😂

Morning mein khali pait warm water ar 2tp sapoon apple cider vinegar then half an hour 1toast with egg ar coffee low sugar wali pee lo green tea pee lo then 2hours bd orange banana apple khao banana khany sy fat nai hota ye body ko strong krta ha #lunch mein boil rice without oil with grill chicken fish meat hona wo grill cahiye ar ap oil nai olive oil use kro khany mein ar sth mein salad 4hours bd pineapple ka juice orange juice peeo without sugar #dinner mein just low fat yougrt ar Apple just yhi khao ar din mein 4”lr pani peeo is sy skin fresh hogi ar 1month mein weight bht zyda losse hojay ga🤗 Roti khana chaho to oats ka atta uski vegetables bi just use only olive oil little bit

Ok so i came here on 28th june and get a little motivated... Started my diet from 29th june with 80kgs weight.... And today on 5th july i have completed my 7 days with Alhamdulillah 72 kgs... And i am so happy that i will continue my diet for further 3 days.... This diet definately works for me👍🏻 Thank you Nimra khan

Today was the end of third day and i lost 962 grams of weight.. but i was on call with a doctor friend of mine and she got angry that why didn't i ask her before doing this foolish diet. Guys don't do this diet. If you suddenly cut out carbs and calories from your diet you'll lose weight but after very little time you'll gain even more weight. And this would leave effects on you like hairfall, skin issues and some others too. Do workout, join gym, i joined gym for three months and lost good amount of weight and got myself in shape i wanted!

Mn na Es diet plan sa kafi weight lose kia h I gained so much but now I am now slim 1. I wake up at 5 am and do walk with jogging for 30 minutes After 1 hour I drink water and 1 apple and at 7 I would have my breakfast which includes 2 bran bread 1 amlate 1 cup coffeee 2nd option for breakfast 1 French toast 1 or 2 boiled eggs with only white taken and 1 cup coffeee 3rd option 2 bran bread +quarter portion Salan + 1 boiled egg and coffee I changed my breakfast menu every day Lunch At 2 I have half portion boiled rice with daal and salad and I don’t want change my lunch because I love boiled rice to eat But sometime I also take half roti with Salma instead of it Now at 6 i have a glass of juice or shake any of seasonal fruit Dinner In dinner I take only 1 class if low fat milk with two dates daily And I am a university going girl it really keeps me energetic and healthy

@@worthysmile hmmmm mera weight pehle bht kum tha u can say i was weak few years ago like my weight on that time was around 39 to 40 kg on that time everyone says kuch khati nhi ho ghr wale kuch khane ko nhi dety hawa aye gi to ghazala ko ura ke lay jaye gi but after 2 years i put on my weight just bcz i start eating properly and i thing i want to tell you i went to the dr for something else but i told everything that i felt on that time and dr prescribed me 3 tests 1 is vitamin D and 1 is blood test and 1 an other test everything was fine just my vitamin D was very very less dr prescribed me vitamin D injection and a multi vitamin tabets with this and proper diet and little bit fast food gradually i was putting on my weight and before ramazan my weight was around 56kg i was happy that i am looking healthy not fatty but from ramazan till now i am not eating properly and this is not good thing this thing make me weaker day by day internally and maybe my weight is now around 45 to 50kg i was happy with my 56kg but one thing make me worried that my belly fat is increase and this thing make me sad i dont do dieting unintentionally i dont eat properly just bcz i am very lazy and careless kept on using mobile phone and dont eat properly from ramazan till now most of the time i just eat one time meal (dinner)i just want to say plzzzzz dont do crash dieting just eat proper healthy diet on time and plzzzzzzzzz do care yourself love yourself.Eat fresh fruits and have healthy fruits shakes and also eat some row vegetables and a healthy balance diet last but not the least eat safe and healthy home base food plzzzz avoid outside food they are not healthy u can have occasionally but not daily basis again i am saying plzzzzzz eat proper healthy diet on time have your all 3 times meals on time do make sure have fruits ,, shakes row vegetables that u can easily have and dont froget to intake of milk in your daily diet plzzzzzzz and plzzzzzz pray for me my bell fat decrease i am very sad with my belly fat 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

کیا فائدہ میڈم سارا دن تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے ناشتہ کرتی رہتی ہو۔ ہماری طرح صبح تین چار پراٹھے ایک پائے کا پلیٹ۔ ایک چنے کا پلیٹ۔ اوپر سے ایک کڑک قسم کی دودھ پتی چائے پی لو ناشتہ کرنے کا مزہ تو تب آئے گا اگر پھر بھی وزن بڑھنے کا ڈر ہو تو ہماری طرح روز تین کلومیٹر دوڈ لگا لو۔😄🙈

@@nidasehar771 I took quick oats .. first I use oil them and eat with less oil salan .. thn I saw videos to make roti of it .. so I started making roti of oats and less oily salan .. use to eat one time a day and ate fruits in night .. you have make diet of day after two weeks .. and did lot of jumping rope exercise and squads .. I loosed 15 kg by eating rice.. paratha... lamb fat... butter... all pakistani dishes.. fast foods... beef.. motton etc all... but i did only 2 hour work out in gym... 1 hour cardio and then 1 hour heavy weight exercise....

Trust me this is very very difficult..itni ki ando se nafrat hogi aur uss nafrat ke wajah se bhuk marr jaegi,woh ande khatey waqt 3 nahi kha paoge . YEH DIET SIRF AUR SIRF 439 - 450 calories ka hai ! Agar aap roti aur sabzi ek time (omad)khoge jo 450 calories tak ho toh bhi utna hi weightloss hoga. Mene khud 1 waqt 2 roti ,sabzi, salad khaya n woh 600-700 calorie tha n 4 days me 3.4kg kam kiya. Be in calorie deficit n gharpe hi 30-40min walk kro . weightloss hoga hi hoga

Not a healthy diet. I wouldn’t recommend it trust me. If u wanna loose weight just change ur life style. If u do this diet for a month or two u ll lose weight at first but than u ll gain it back if u go back to ur old diet. Here’s the tips that helped me lose weight and maintain it. Eat half of the amount of food u would eat usually (this will be a bit difficult at first but than u ll get use to it). Drink water through out the day. Plus drinking water before meal will make u full. Drink green tea without sugar after every meal. Just by making these small changes will make u loose weight.

@@misbahmalik87 Actually yahan jo cheez main ne dekhi hai wo ye k 3 boiled eggs with yolk= 210 calories bnti hain. Jb k 3 eggs without yolk= 51 calories only. Hum ne low calorie ki taraf jana hai. To loose weight caloric defecit main rehna must hai. Pehle sawal ka jawab = No yolk. 2nd question yes u can take boiled chicken but main question is how much n it can only be answered by calculating ur maintenance calories. I hope I answered ur questions with detail.

Simple se baat hy diet kerna parta hy, me subah aor raat kuch bhi nahn khata tha dupahir ko aik rotee boiled mirghi ya kisi bhi sabzi k saath khata hun, aor sugar bilkul band bahir ka bhi kuch nahn khata bus subah ko aik cup chaye cheeni k bagair

What is the difference between a Hindu and a Muslim? This is the difference between one who does not offer Namaz and the one who offers Namaz. He helps for the sake of Allah. The one who offers Namaz helps for the ghost. When you will not offer Namaz, then what is the difference between you and a Hindu.
