At the end of the day it isn't Ross Lyon's fault and all these loyalty questions should be aimed at the two guys sitting next to him. It's a business people.

Harvey and Lyons were both on contracts, if you are going to enter into a contract. you accept the terms and conditions, not some fucken ideals like loyalty and honor and respect. We have contract laws for exactly this reason, its so if one party isn't happy, you go to the contract and see what was agreed. Harvey will be paid for his remaining year, and Lyons ALLWAYS had the option to leave early.

Not sure what the issue is, like anyone else, people have the right to work where they choose Ross lyon did not break his contract he exercised a get out clause and good luck to him. One day he will be on the other side and my bet he will man up as you would expect him to, and take it on the chin. Its a job people, there will always be these transfers both coaches and players so learn and get over it.

First they get rid of the anchor and throw away everything that represents the club, then they decide to stab the coach in the back like this, this is fucking ridiculous. Yeah, he was crap. You're clearly the brains of the family, right? The current plan under Lyon STRONGLY resembles the plan Harvey had. It's funny how we did better with a younger less developed group in 2010 than this year. It's funny how even when we had NO players left and we had to get special permission due to our horrific injury list at the end of 2011 we were up until the second last round a chance for finals.
