This is just first test on free wheels! I will test properly and show how it's done!
Moving forward! 48V its already history on the tank NINEBOT MAX!!!
We will combine 36V with 24V to achieve 60V!!!
I saw this guys on the groups since last year were using 60V on their scooters but no body would tell how they done it! So I decided today to put it to the test! Fixed an old damaged controller and do see the results!!!
If this doesnt excite you, then nothing will lol! Esnkaz moving forward by the minute! Be part of my community!!! Click the link bellow and see how I do my set ups Live!!!

Hi friend , Looking at the adapter you made for the Kaabo motor to the controller. Can you please tell me the order of the phase wires from the kaabo to the ninebot controller. Is it : yellow > yellow blue > blue brown > Green is that correct order I have same motor same controller but i think my motors doesn't move due to the phase wires being incorrectly. Thanks again

Simply check last video specially made for kaabo motor wire set up.

Replace the caps with 80V ones. Otherwise your regen braking will most likely blow your stock 60V cap when coming down a steep hill and you apply brake. You can replace the mosfets with 80v ones (I'd have to look up the catalog numbers) and replace the 60V cap, thicken the traces on the board with some solid copper wire/solder and you'll have a rock solid 80V controller. The stock caps are the weakest link, followed by the mosfets, and then finally the board traces that connect the caps / mosfets on the rear of the board. Thanks for the discussion though...

Jejeje the problem was solve by simply using regular disk brake and removing completely regen. As well explained on dual system conversion videos to use XT90 connectors between battery and controllers when 60v or 72v as well upgrade to 10gauge wires. Regen has to be remove on firmwares then remove connections between lever and dash. Scooters have been running on those set ups over a year already without issues. I discover those setting back at the end of 2021 and published them after 6 month of testing by me and other commuters. Thank you so much for the input jejeje but your set ups will burn your controller and damage your battery from the overload when down the hill or by simply pressing the brake hard even on 48v. Please check out videos on conversion videos post on later month and updated description information early this year :)

@@esnkaz you've never had a solder trace on the ECU controller board go bad or blow from runningit @ 64v ? That's awesome. You haven't made any changes to the factory ecu / controller? What about the dash, it doesn't blow from the increased Volts in on the main power connection? Does the ECU controller keep the dash voltage to under 5v even with the 64v power? Thanks for your info here! Much appreciated

@@patrickmichael2968 hey Patric. Controller it’s designed to hold up to 70V. 1100w motors work great. Continues current 38A and max of 64 peak. Dash board doesn’t change current. You must St. Link a D controller and load new program. Shot off Kers then load the new firmware. After bypass lever warning and turn off. Then you remove lever connections towards dash. I will strongly not be o go with dual motor set up or any other before you add suspensions to the frame of the scooter.

It takes an expensive battery and you have to load in custom firmware

It’s a question I had as well lol until I decided to see it with my own eyes and test myself and if works out ok everyone will see it. ESnKaz will show you. I know several guys have been using this set ups for a while now. I will do a proper testing and see if controller without upgrades will really hold up the pressure on the road of 60v on full charge.

Quite a number of us have been running 72v on these stock G30D controllers and we've taught everyone exactly how to do it. but hes been too stubborn to listen to us, instead he just says JEJEJE STAY TUNED.

Hey what did you need to do with the controller for it to run that voltage?
@esnkaz

D controller holds up 60V without a problem. You just need to do all sets up I mentioned in the dual motor set up video.

@@nocandopdx the idea of my information it was so people do their upgrades without the impossible! Set ups done for dual and 60v with 1100w motors with 3 capacitors controllers (D controller German version) is simple. Scooters build back in 2022 with this set ups still running today with the same system.

Of course controllers need to be set with firmwares to run higher voltage. As in bigger scooters, controllers are set with computers to run motors and batteries. In this days is just few who know how to do this things.
