Bought on ebay for $30 USD
So far quality is decent, definitely not OEM but if you don't Want to break the bank than this is a good alternative.
I would not recommend this for people with a sparkle paint coating, the colors don't even match.

I ordered mine on Amazon India. 2 of the 4 rubber mounts + the rubber on the steel plate was missing due to improper packing.

I bought my cowl from Amazon it fits like a glove the green is a bit darker pretty awesome for the price of $50.

Richie 636 probably came from same place in the end. No complaints so far from both. I just didn't want to pay 160 for a rear seat cowl lol

Hey man, I have the same problem you had with that two little rubber things... My question is...how did you take it out?do you know an easy way to do this? Because for me it seems i will have to cut it off! And another question i need to ask you...after you take of those rubbers, do you have any problem with? like both parts (rear seat cowl and that piece where you fit it in) making some noise? sorry for any bad english problem! Thaks

Gustavo Weidmann The two rubber pieces near the locking mechanism in front you can just pull out. Originally you had to put them on yourself. if you leave them out than the rear cowl will easily fit. My wife ended up not liking the black rubber piece on the outside so we ended up returning it. I was fine with it but it's her bike lol

Thanks for your answer! I will try to remove without need to cut them! Yes, i agree with your wife...it's very poor material but i can't expected more for something i paid only 30 dollars. Here in Brazil original parts are too expensive! thanks again!

Gustavo Weidmann Unfortunately you have to make do. U.S, still a little expensive for a simple part. dealership wanted $116 and eBay ended costing more.

I did some adaptations cutting the rubber things and now its much better. the color isn't exactly equal but it's very near! i'm happy now! thx
