Che meraviglia! Per il 28° Pordenone Music Festival in occasione del concerto del 15 luglio 2023 ho voluto questo concerto! Il solista è Andrea Casarotto, di Brescia, accompagnato dall’Orchestra San Marco di Pordenone (che poi diventerà nel prossimo è imminente futuro Orchestra da camera di Pordenone)

Nino Rota composed symphonies, concerts, piano and chamber music but as a composer of classical music he has never been much appreciated by Italian critics because he is considered not modern and his works are not very successful. If he had not composed music for films he would be unknown outside Italy and unfairly forgotten by us Italians as well
