Watching Ninong Ry prep this foods makes cooking not difficult, making you understand the difference between what tastes good and what doesn't, even the right way to appreciate the foods. Cooking requires confident guesswork and improvisation, experimentation and substitioon and he does all this that makes him a real good Chef making everything as easy as he's passion and the joy of cooking especially for others.
