In total there are 150 Kodama Locations in Nioh 2 for the Kodama Leader trophy. None of them are missable, you can still get them via mission replay later.
Finding them grants you Kodama blessings (such as more Amrita/XP) and increases the number of Elixirs you respawn with (every 5 Kodama per region gives you +1 Elixir on respawn). This makes them well worth getting as the Elixirs allow you to heal yourself.
When scrolling over a mission on the world map it shows how many Kodama you have found there. Scroll over a Twilight Mission to see how many you got in total out of 150.

I love this level ngl. This is what Nioh 1 had more of and Nioh 2 was lacking it. Glad they brought these sort of levels back bc of the aesthetics reminding me of Fatal Frame. Nioh 2 levels were mostly boring up until this one imho. I feel they had better ideas for them in Nioh 1.

brandon robinson kodama sensor on goes so far it’s better to have a swap out accessory with kodama sensor and run a better effect on it

Mr. Creasy if you haven’t got it once you drop down head left after the first room with Yokai there will be a big branch with a cave dweller go through next building on left then up another branch and you can go back up from there

From the lower level shrine: Head down to the main building where the Namahage is and hook left. There should be a stone path going past another building with a Dweller at the end. There is a point on the path where you can drop down to this building. Take that detour and head through the building. Once you're at the other end outside the building, go around it to your right. There will be another stone path going up, which will lead you to the staircase leading down to the underground section, the same stairs taken to enter the area the first time.

# 3 The Kodama on the ledge of the building I must of spent 30 minutes trying to get to it. I said fuck it and moved on. And all I had to do is drop down a hole. 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

Best map in the Game and good boss Some bossem where quite...cheesy to Say the least with 2-4 ohko moves Shuten doji is fun and actually Well designed compared to the likes of tochichiro with his trollolo monkey and Energy slashes....

If there's anything I really find annoying about this game, it's finding all kodamas. Whoever thought that linking 20 collectibles to the amount of elixirs you have is a good idea, should shoot himself. And you have to do this for every freaking region....
