This is not a beginners' practice, so be sure you've practiced kundalini yoga a couple of times before joining this one. It also doesn't contain any warm-ups - it's just straight up short Subagh Kriya!
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
