True but Dave did drum in the mtv sessions obviously and a super imaginative and creative drummer. Im sure they could have done it and Kurt did ask for requests lol
dont listen to the other people who just say this is fake... this is the best acustic version of in bloom that i have found... thanks for sharing this song with us :)
interesting how u can hear the "over processing of nevermind" that kurt used to constantly complain about why he didnt like nevermind..u can clearly hear the multiple layering of his voice in this song, which wasnt as easy to hear in the electric real version. when listening to in utero right after hearing nevermind, u can easily notice the raw sound difference that in utero has. now i understand what he meant by "over processing"
Both Dave Grohl and Kurt Cobain are double layered during the chorus. Butch Vig would have to persuade Kurt it was ok to do this using the Lennon reference if I recall correctly. It's in a documentary about Nevermind. I think it works really well, and the person who put this track together did a nice job. 😁
+Walter White no its not, this sounds like garbage some amateur spliced together. Kurt wouldve done it better. Maybe if they took daves vocals out for the acoustic. Works electric but not here
@@sugarpoyon2077 this is the same vocal as the original one. It may sound weird because of the double vocals and kurt hated it too but he keeps it anyway as the producer told him John Lennon do it also (see in bloom recording).
I listened to this for a solid 2 months and loved the shit out of it before figuring out it was fake. I still fuckin love it good job on guitar whoever did this.
@Martín Abbott I disagree , I think the only thing that sky rocketed nirvana to fame was the fact that they were the right sound for the right people at the right time .
Paul Thomson 13 million listeners every MONTH on Spotify. Yeah sure, right people right time. 30 years and they’re still going strong. Shut the fuck up
nofi4 , he originally made it up on the acoustic. I'm not saying that this is real (which it certainly is not) just that before it was ever electric, it was acoustic.
People, can you stop fucking complaining about it being fake? It was faked VERY well and there's no reason to complain about it as Nirvana NEVER RELEASED AN ACOUSTIC "IN BLOOM"!
well as many of you know. MULTI tracks were used to build NIRVANA sounds. clean track is just one of 4 of them! see the vid where BUTCH VIG shows you! this in fact is a STUDIO TRACK with out drums, bass and filler!
He's taken the vocal multitracks from the studio version and added an acoustic guitar to it :). Cool! It is Kurt, (and Grohl on high harmonies), that are singing.
Attention: this is not a fake. If you know anything about in bloom, several tracks, a fender, a gibson and a acoustic guitar was used on the track. It's a isolated track with the vocals added. Nirvana wrote a tons like this. Fact jack
I see the disagreement in the comments about whether or not this is real or not. I am a hardcore Nirvana fan, have been following them for 28 years, i have a massive collection of Nirvana CD's and bootlegs. This is not real. It's real in a sense that it's Kurt's voice but someone else is playing the guitar part. They used the vocal track from the Nevermind version. If it was just him doing In Bloom acoustically there wouldn't be overdubs on his vocals, or the harmonies Dave sang. This is just a well put together fraud by someone trying to pass it off as Kurt's performance. 100%
