Happy 30th Anniversary Nevermind!🤘 Me and my friends made our own full band version of On A Plain thought you guys might would like! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HGumjp1AWFM.html
good energy, those bleach songs are the best nirvana did, dont get me wrong, nevermind is great, but the heavy sound of bleach suit me better and those songs were very powerfull , i mean just hear these two ones in the video, mr. moustache is a great song very moving and grooving for me bleach fits without any problem in the thrash territory genre or at least some of the songs in it, very underrated record and for me the best nirvana did.
I have the vinyl verison of Bleach, it's my favorite album it's when Nirvana was Nirvana don't get me wrong Dave Grohl is a good drummer it's that when he joined they were in a major label, which took out their rawer sound. Songwriting remained the same, but the sound was the key. Bleach is so raw and heavy and aggressive; in your face, that's why it's my favorite.
Jesus Guerra Floyd the Barber, Paper Cuts, Beeswax, Downer, Mexican Seafood, Hairspray Queen, and Aero Zeppelin are all dale crover from the melvins. makes sense why they stand out eh. even all that weird talking in downer in the verses behind kurts vocals was all him on the fly
I feel like Grunge is dead. There are bands out there but they are mediocre. A lot try to get the sound "Nevermind" and "In Utero" had (when It comes to Nirvana influence), instead of making something of there very own. If not, prove me wrong. Name me some bands that are original in their own way.
and it never existed in the first place. it was a catch phrase for people who were afraid they'd be thrown out of parties and people wouldn't give them coke.
Holy shit. Randomly listening to Bleach and though "hey it'd be cool to see this song live, wonder if there's a version on youtube?". Didn't expect anything half this good, this is why the internet is great!
+The Arrows no it's eat cow. Kurt says he used it just to find something to say and make it out to be negative. People have been trying to write Kurts lyrics but still get it wrong (:
These guys were great during this time. They were heavier than Death Metal bands from this era that legitimately attempted to be heavy. This music was beautifully violent.
Scotty Lyons I wonder what it would be like if they kept going this route and were still together to this day. Probably escalate to doing actual death metal
Fill me in on your new vision Wake me up with indecision Help me trust your mighty wisdom Yes, I eat cow, I am not proud Show me how you question questions Lead the way to my temptations Take my hand and give it cleaning Yes, I eat cow, I am not proud Easy in an easychair Poop as hard as a rock I don't like you anyway Seal it in the box I'm new I'm you Fill me in on your new vision Wake me up with indecision Help me trust your mighty wisdom Yes, I eat cow, I am not proud Show me how you question questions Lead the way to my temptations Take my hand and give it cleaning Yes, I eat cow, I am not proud Easy in an easychair Poop as hard as a rock I don't like you anyway Seal it in the box I'm new I'm you I'm new I'm you.
i don’t really know tbh, it’s a great live song. my only guess is because it’s so taxing to play for kurt (krist too). or they just felt their other songs at the time were better.
yeah i deffinately couldve just watched closer and realized that. my bad. i wanna find the show with dan on drums. i have i believe all the circulated bootlegs with dale crover on drums
