Kurt was more than a celebrity and a Rockstar. Kurt was some body who you just couldn't help but connect with in life. Life is the way you don't always want it to be. The song, which consists largely of Cobain improvising lyrics over a lurching, mid-tempo instrumental groove, remained unheard until 2002, when it was discovered by online MP3 traders. so ive been wanting to finish this song for him because i like interpreting things sometimes, so i finally got around to it today and i swear, in the middle of it i smelled cigarette smoke, and I know he smoked a lot which kind of creeped me out. nobody in my house smokes. im not saying the spirit of kurt Cobain visited me lmao but its something i thought id share :) fucking weird

No. Grunge involved from artists like Scratch Acid and Big Black. The first grunge group was probably Green River, but other groups were there before Nirvana (Melvins, U-Men, Mudhoney, etc.)

As much as i love Nirvana, nope :) So many bands set down the framework for 'grunge' (what a terrible term that lumps stadium rockers like Pearl Jam with amazing garage rock such as Mudhoney). Nirvana were just the ones that brought it to the forefront.
