Nice video, Good to see the difference. Single and a nice clean note while the dual have an aggressive note. At the end of the day the no wrong choice.
The dual sounds raw as fuck! i love em both, but it depends on if you like the more humble single exhaust sound or the raw wide open sound of the duals. Either way its a good choice. Im more of a dual type of guy, love the raw wide open manly big balls sound of the dual lol.
See how good of a friend you are and ask them what was done for them to hit that number? I have all the bolt-ons and I might hit 291...really want some insight on what else was done...
Haha okay This is what he told me. "Of course we cannot disclose all modifications but Z1 equal length headers (available very soon), Z1 Test pipes, Tomei Ti Expreme Single exhaust, Z1 Prototype Intakes(have been in development for several years), Uprev/Osiris Dyno Tuning on our in house DynoJet utilizing 93 Octane Pump fuel Should net 310hp. The car still has completely untouched internals, including the stock cams. He also told me they achieved 322hp with 280lbs tq with their undisclosed mod.
Dual Exhausts ALWAYS Make More Power than single exhaust!! the harder it is for any & all engines to exhale the less HP that engine can/will make, remember that..
You will definetely make more power with the Dual Exhaust man, the easier your engine can brethe, the more power it will make, dont use mufflers or resonators, they kill HP & Torque.. :) Keep catalytic converters tho, today's car's engines/computers rely on them, sensors monitor those gases..
I wanna put a titanium single exhaust on my 350z. Stock dual exhaust weighs about 30 pounds give or take a few. A single titanium is about 6 pounds. So about a 25 pound difference. Weight reduction is what im about. Handleing is more important to me. What is the purpose of hp if your car cant handle well
less backpressure is better, but you can lose low rpm power especially on 4 cylinders so for daily driving its more practical to keep mufflers and cats.
The single sound just like a supra,,I want a single exhaust now,,the dual sounds good too,,but the single only sounds like a supra at higher rpm not at lower rpm its tough to decide,,,the dual looks better tho. Hard choice why can't a company make a dual that sounds like a supra? Then the choice would be easy
Yeah duals all the way! But remember the easier your engine can exhale is better, but you still have to have some back pressure in order to get the most performance
Why is that?? According to you.. Duals ALWAYS make more power than any single exhausts, it seems like the fool is you for not knowing that, do some homework man.. Common sense..
1) HR 350z looks better. 2) HR 350z is cheaper, I've seen some low milage under 40K for $17,000. 3) 350z is lighter. 4) 350z has bigger motor. 5) 350z handles better and there is way more aftermarket for 350z than supra. 6) Supra is really old, the latest you can get is 98 USA version. 7) for the price of a good running supra without crazy milage I can get a 350z HR, TT it,build the block and still be at around $30K that is the base you'll find a supra. 8) stock for stock HR 350z faster no TT
