Watch this video if you're not familiar on how to bleed/burp your engine cooling system on a Nissan 350z with HR or DE motor. Make sure thr front of the vehicle is elevated prior to starting the process. Also, it will help tremendously if you have a non-spill funnel. You can get it on Amazon for like $25. Thanks for watching.

For some reason after replacing my radiator and bleeding the system how come everytime i open my radiator cap it looks as of its low amd with the car off i just fill it to the correct level and just put the radiator cap back on. The mext day i see that my Overflow has more coolant and i open my radiator cap again and its the same as the day before looks as if its low on coolant?? Was the system not bleed properly or did i do something wrong and i have no Leaks at all

That's interesting 🤔 Not too sure. What I did, was bleed my coolant system, then once it was bleed, I replaced radiator cap. Then I made sure the level on the resivor was at the full level marking. As long as your engine temperature isn't getting overheated, I'd say just check it periodically, and if you're not too comfortable, I'd say re-do the process. Make sure the front-end is lifted up before you start the process.

@@sgt.hollowpoint6968 Yeah ima be picking up a Spill-proof funnel and try doing it again…. Well not do it all ovee again just put the Spill proof funnel and fill with coolant, lift the car up on some 2x4’s and then just turn the car on and see if the car sucks up anymore coolant. I dont think i have to open the bleeder valve right? When i replaced my radiator and started pouring after a couple seconds it started coming out the Bleeder valve so then i closed it and just started pouring coolant till it made it to the top then let the car run with the heater on for some time then just put the cap back on and turned it off. But couple days latee i check and it looks like of im low on coolant so i added some and the next day it seemed like the overflow container was above the max level and the Coolant level seemed the same from the day before when i just added some….. why is it going to the overflow?? And my Radiator cap is brand new from Z1 oem

@@DaytonaBlueHr did you ever figure it out? thats whats happening to my G35 VQ35HR

@@Astrall still had air in my system, with the car off and Cold open the bleeder valve on behind the engine on the driver side. If coolant comes out then thats good and you dont have air in there. But after that basically just follow what this video shows and bleed the system again. I jacked the car up slightly to help with getting all the air out cause i did have some air bubbles come up

Where is the PCV valve

Pcv valve should be underneath the plastic cover, next to the throttle body.
