i just got a headlight restoration done at walmart looked great, installed some LED headlights in my ‘09 Pathfinder, looks and works great! Low beams and High beams, its a true night and day difference with some LEDs and cleaned up lenses! Thinking about swapping the fog lights next for some LEDs too…
I’m going to replace the back lights but I kinda like the Hallogens in the front! I leave the fog lights on and I like them on togeather! The only thing that sucks are the high beams! But I don’t use the high beams a lot anyways!
Thanks for your opinion! If your halogens are getting the job done, there would be no point swapping em out. But I definitely think the rear upgrade is worth it🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
LED lights all around, what a world of a difference it made, even my Headlamps are LED. Got them on Amazon. AUXITO 9007 LED Bulbs, 16000LM 80W Per Pair, 400% Brighter, 6500K White, Mini Size Dual Bulbs HB5 LED Lamp, Pack of 2 Great LED head lamps with Zero Issues, plug and play at that. Third Brake light was a pain in the Arse to retrieve that bolt nut I dropped, it got stuck between headliner and glass, I was trying to get it out with my fingers for about and hour at times lost it, then found it again, the permanent washer around but, is what makes it impossible to grab when it gets wedged in 😡 Eventually I got it out with some deep angled tweezers. Then again, I decided to do it at night when it was getting dark 🤦🏼♂️
Thanks for your comment! Definitely harder to install at night but I had ample lighting, fortunately. Glad you had everything installed and they 100% make a massive difference, even saved my front end from a moose and a deer!🤣🤙🏽
AWESOME VIDEO! I just bought a 2016 Pro4X. Just what I was looking for. Were any of the bulbs extremely tight, like the ones inside the cabin in the back seat?
The only issue with the led bulb replacement is they will no longer heat up the inside of the housing like a conventional bulb... this means that snow and ice will collect on the light instead of melting away... I had done this on my previous car, but living where we get a lot of ice and snow and I work nights, I removed them.
Thanks for the input! I agree with you for sure and also have had ice build up on the housings. However, I still recommend this mod because it significantly improves visibility compared to the regular halogen options. Although there is ice build up, the projection of the LED's remain bright and functional for night time driving.
question for ya.you have a few different choices in the info.do all those links\lights work for Frontiers? like pricing options or just different recommendations?id really like to do this to my 2019 SV.great video!

How are the led headlights in snow, i live in snow country like you and always worried that they don’t produce enough heat to melt snow/ice on the housings... have you had any problems?
Thanks for the question! They have performed well in all conditions without any problems so far and they are also providing an ample amount of heat to help with the melting of snow/ice on the housings too!
I lost that footage unfortunately but now one of my fog light housings got blasted by a semi so maybe I can refilm a tutorial! However, I do have plans to swap in an ARB front bumper/bull bar so maybe I won't need to buy a new housing 🤷🏾
I've got most of my Pro4X done with LED conversions. Big time difference. Not only brighter, but different color too. But not too blue. Don't go over board with the LEDs.??? People. Do Not get the LEDs that are way too blue.
Thanks for the video! Definitely gonna install these LED's on my Frontier. Did you use the same LED bulbs for the reverse light and brake light in all of the tail light assemblies?
Happy that you appreciate the video! I did use the same LED bulbs for the reverse lights as well as the third brake lights because they were both just T10 connections and I made sure to double check on Amazon that it fit our Frontiers first!

for the front of the truck what did you use for the side marker was it the 921 bulbs or the 168 and if the 168 clear or amber color? thank you love the video!
Thanks for the question! So unfortunately, I didn't actually swap the side markers but I'm sure Amazon will provide the information for fitment and specific bulbs too👌🏽
which socket size did you use to remove the 3rd brake light center housing? it looks like an 8mm but that seems to be too large to un tighten the nut & bolt. great video on everything tho, just installed all the other LEDs except the center high brakes!
i am using a 3/8 inch drive ratchet & socket set with a 3” extender bar, do i need a deeper socket or smaller size socket? i’m not getting any tension from the bolt to loosen it up. thank you for the quick replies!
Hey thanks for the question! So I used a 1/4 inch drive with a 3 inch extension but a 3/8 inch drive should not make a difference. Just use a smaller 8mm socket and you're golden! Good luck and thanks again for commenting🤙🏽

Thank you for the question! Unfortunately I'm unsure if they will be plug and play for your pathfinder but amazon should let you know if they will fit in your vehicle. If they do, then it should be an easy plug and play installation in my opinion.
Unfortunately I don't have any footage of my headlight or fog light conversion. I'm sorry about that but the installation was really easy for both of them!
@@northland_frontier I live in Canada. Daytime running lights are mandatory. I bought a set of LED from amazon. Had to return it, because I lost my drl on the Frontier.
