Nissan almera 2001 model 1.6cc the key light stays on without blinking and when I crank engine, no power on fuel pump, the coils are also not firing. Pls what could be the the fault?
i just bought a toyota estima 2007 Was shocked after i stop the engine and i left the car key inside the car and it locked itself 😢,what issue is it sir ? Car can be start and stop engine like normal
I'm having this key issue right now. My dash shows stupid blinking light. I changed the key fob battery and nothing. What happened was i left my car running all night by accident and when i came back down in the AM the battery was dead, at least thats what i assumed. Took it to advanced auto parts and they charged it overnight. I installed it and car still wont start and its only a 6 month old battery. I even cleaned the battery terminals with water and baking soda and that did not help. Car is stuck in front of my apartment building and i have been extremely frustrated all day trying to get it back on. I cant afford a mechanic now. Headlights wont come on, no electricity except blinking key. When i try pushing the auto lock button from in my car, i can hear slight clicking like it is trying to function but it just wont start. Im confused about all this car lingo you tried to explain. I dont know what number/color to check these fuses, how to tell if one is blown. I am going to try removing the cover under the wheel and flipping the switch up and down though. I have a 2011 nissan maxima. I have posted in reddit communities and no one can seem to help me fix this problem smh
Okay sorry for that, of the key is in ignition when the car died, your Nats system has lost it memory, they is a fuse under the dash that resets it, aside that, use the key to Lock all the the doors then unlock. Then insert it into the ignition, turn it on and off 3 times after 5 seconds. Then leave it there for 15 minutes at ignition on. If the key light stops flashing then you are lucky. If it doesn't, then the nat system has lost memory of the key, you will need to get a new rfid chip and key. Then program a new key to that car. It will not start.
@@hulcuh Turns out my battery was dead. I left my car running all night and didn't even realize it. I went and got a new battery and it started right up
I’m having an issue myself except I’m stuck in parking lot of a grocery store. I just replaced the key battery at Nissan dealer. I didn’t leave my car on at all. The symbol is a car with a key blinking. The inside lights come on, but I can ‘t lock the doors with the fob. I’ll try this and see what happens! Hopefully this helps.
Mine had this issue just now, I checked battery cables and they were dirty. Cleaned them up and it turned on. More than likely you guys will have battery issues
@@barbaraannsherrill8205 it could be low or dirty you might not need to replace it clean the terminals and jump the battery if you can before new batterg
@@cheese68970 i remember now, the car battery was super low and there was zero juice when I pushed the start button. I had to get it jumped twice. While driving home I noticed the key light in a car on the dashboard, but it wasn't flashing. When I got a new car battery, the light then came off.
Hi Drcoolautofix, I have a Nissan Note 1.6L 2010 Automatic Transmission, the car cranks but doesn't start. I noticed that the NATS security light keeps flashing. Not been able to start the car in the last 2 weeks. How can I solve this problem?
