Does using the zipties stop it from rattling? Also be prepared for the heat shield to strip the bolts, the bolts for the shifter in the plastic will spin and wont undo so you will potentially have to drill them out and the lower two for the surround bracket are captive nuts and can strip really easily. Soon turns a hour job into a 3 hour one

Mine rattled because the ball and white nylon socket it fits in were such a poor fit for each other, I took it apart and filed down the split in the nylon socket until it was a good fit then wrapped it in tape and fitted it back inside the blue collar. Mine seems the same as yours but I've heard of cheap copies so I may have got one of these.

Je kunt ze op aliexpress of ebay kopen alleen staan ze niet als micra shortshifter tekoop maar als nissan pulsar, of gti-r maar het is exact dezelfde als deze die in de video geïnstalleerd wordt
