Worked great, cleared pipe whilst still in situ using bike cable attached to drill on slow speed and lubricant. Cleaned sensor and reattached. Pipe was very blocked causing multiple warnings. All warning signs completely disappeared didn’t need to go on diagnostic machine either. Been driving a day now still not come back on. 👍👍 saved a fortune not taking to garage. Few videos on RU-vid showing same issues and how to resolve as above.
I just did this on my 2014 J11 as I was getting lots of warning lights and the pipe was blocked. Worked well, what I did find helpful to stop the cable kinking was to used 3 different lengths of cable outer, also the brake cable I used was about 450mm in length. Once you have got all of it in the pipe except the short part in the drill you know you will have got all the way through to the end of the pipe. Once clear if you start the car you will know you have cleared it by the smoke that come out of the pipe when you rev the engine.
Recently had the same problem it happened back in January 19 took it to a garage and they replaced the exhaust pressure sensor and I replaced the battery but then again it happened again in November 19 after some digging around to find out the problem I found out that the exhaust pressure sensor pipe was infact blocked which was causing all these errors. took it to a garage and they had no tool or any idea how to undo the 11mm nut on the end of the pipe, I had already bought a new pipe from Nissan for £25 so after rounding the nut a little bit I suggested that they should cut the pipe and try a 11mm socket on it so they did and hey presto it came undone I turned off the errors after putting all the pipe back on started it up and fingers crossed it's all sorted. Hope this helps
You know what...I'm in the the exact same situation with regards to the 11mm nut...WAS COMPLETELY STUMPED! Of course...cut the thing off and use an 11mm socket!!!
@@LivingLifeSlower the pipe has an 11mm nut that bolts into the exhaust that is shielded by an excess piece of metal and there is a sensor next to it so using a spanner won't do it
Did all that..and still had a fault..only thing that fixed it was replacing the hoses on the dpf sensor (green and black pipe)..the black one was split
Doing this Will not solve the problem, monst of the Times that pipe gets pluged and The senso cant Read The pressure. Next time remove the sensor, turn on thi Engine and rev, when you rev you should see a nice smoke coming out, if not it meams that the pipe is clogged
I’ve had this pipe changed on a 2016 1.6dci qashqai had all the same faults figured out this pipe was blocked… since new pipe all the lights have gone but the car is still feeling like it’s being whacked up the back occasionally when taking off/driving along normally doesn’t cut out but does a couple of judders… i thought it was linked to this blocked pipe but I’m now assuming it’s not? Was this qashqai doing that and did unblocking the pipe help yours if it done this?
Good time of the day. And who can tell me what is the correct name of the tube that is clogged and needs to be replaced. I have the same problem. Thank you.
P0545 this is the code I keep getting for the 1.5dci juke is this the pressure sensor or is this the exhaust lamber sensor this is driving me insane can anybody point out or show were and what this is thanks
I just checked the gearbox from 15 days and now It happens again its not moving and show this wrong massage “chases control system fult “ please can you help!!!!?
@@MustangMotors I'm worried about snapping one so my mechanic best mate is going to do them next week. I disembled the maf today and it was very dirty so I sprayed electrical contact cleaner on it and it's cleaned up like new. So will test over the next few days also. Will let you know how I get on. Thank you
