I am planning on purchasing this J11b Qashqai, and I will pick one with FullLED lights for sure. Sadly there are much less of them than those with halogens.
The "Full LED" headlights were also available for N-Connecta as an option together with glass sunroof. It is possible to upgrade from halogen to LED headlights, but it requires even more changes than you have mentioned (different headlight harness, leveling sensors, steering whell position sensors, programming etc.), so the whole process is not worth the cost of it.

Hello, j’ai enfin récupérer mon Qashqai ce week-end malheureusement aujourd’hui je constate le premier problème, les phares directionnel ne fonctionnent pas correctement, quand je tourne à droite ce lui de droite s’oriente bien vers la droite mais pas celui de gauche .. et quand je tourne à gauche, aucun des deux ne s’oriente vers la gauche.. est ce que ça t’a déjà fait ça? Aurais-tu une idée de comment régler ce problème ?
Cool que tu as enfin pu le récupérer 😄 pour les phares c’est peut-être normal car même si un phare éclaire le virage, l’autre t’éclaire toujours devant toi. Question de tout voir. Vers la gauche c’est plus fin pour ne pas éblouir la circulation dans le sens opposé. Si tu as une doute, demande à ton garage de vérifier le bon fonctionnement. 😉
Hello friend! Thank you for your video, it helped me decide. I’ll just buy led lights to replace the halogen or white light halogen. I have an off topic question for you and anyone with a DCT j11. I noticed mine has a slight, sometimes very noticeable delay when pushing the acceleration pedal while starting to move (so it isn’t noticeable while driving ). Especially when it’s cold . Is it normal? Did anyone encounter this?
Glad it helped 😉 I do not recognise the other issue though. Only had DIG-T’s and never had this problem. I would advise to drop this question as well on the Qashqai UK forum (or equivalent) in your language is there is any.
But in fact it is not a bi led headlight. There are two separate light source for low and high beam. Bi-led system has movable shutter. In Qashqai it's huge mistake that low beam lens doesn't have a moveable shutter. Highbeam are really poor. Such a shame...
Hi! You are right, high and low beam are two different light sources but Nissan calls this uni bi-led… 😉 I have to say that I’m rather satisfied with the amount of light even if I do live in a rural area with dark country roads. Way better than the halogen lights I had on the previous Qashqai 🤗

Inderdaad. In de link staan onderaan wel artikelnummers en daarmee kun je verder zoeken. Je kunt de vraag anders ook eens stellen op het Qashqai-Passion.nl forum. Nissanwielmonteur kan je dan met zekerheid het juiste nummer geven.
Hey thanks for letting us know, cause it was tempting for me to try this tho 😅 But I was wondering does it go for the rear light units? Cause they are a bit different as the older Qashqai models I have a 2015 J11 model and was wondering if I could replace the rear light units with the 2018 model?
