Dr. Bryan was the first to describe nitrite and nitrate as indispensable nutrients required for optimal cardiovascular health. Wow!! Information overload. First time watching your channel, u and your guest Dr. Bryan were amazing and I learned sooo much, I knew about the Flouride and haven't used Flouride in years and I also knew that most mouth wash have propylene glycol which is nothing but antifreeze in it, I turned 60 in June and I actually found my first age spot on my left hand, I've been told i look 10-15 years younger but I'm starting to see more creases around my mouth, like smile lines but they're deep and under my eyes i don't like the bags, they're not big bags but I really am hoping it's not too late for me to decrease and get rid of the lines and creases and bags. I have no health issues and just want to be looking my best and feeling my best. I don't have alot of money so I need to know the least expensive things I need to do, I can buy the derma roller but what product do i use to go along with it, without breaking the bank? Thank u so much for all the information. ❤

Hello Dr. Nathan Bryan : After using N1O1 daily for about a week, there is a white patch appears on my tongue near the tip end. Moreover, I feel the pain on my tongue.
