Another problem with double battery E-bikes like this one, is that if you use the bike a lot, you run the risk of burning out the hall sensor on the motor. And considering this bike's wiring is unlike most standard setups, it'll be difficult to repair on my own unless I'm brave enough to figure it out. I'm currently in that situation now, and cannot find anyone that could repair it. Has anyone taken a look at the wiring from the controller to the motor and figured it all out yet?
Thanks for your feedback, we definitely take all feedback on board. We intended to design a front fork that is simple, reliable and durable, that requires minimal maintenance for city riders. The goal was ease of use, low maintenance + competitive pricing.
Seems like they could have done a bit more gearing work to it. Who is this bike for? Well, Department stores might be able to sell a few. Maybe people wanting to take one on back of the motor home on vacation.. Just think of what you can get out there for another $200.🤔
Hi Kevin, customer feedback is very important to us. The bike as aimed at the city commuter, someone who wants a low-maintenance, competitively priced ebike.
Thanks for your comment, we do listen to feedback. We did make sure that the batteries are easily removable and therefore you can take those up and down stairs.
