NIU KQi2 KQi3 Electric Scooter - disassembly of the thumb throttle 

Not sure, what is wrong with it? I would have to see some photos or video of it to see what might be a problem and maybe I would be able to suggest a solution. If you can upload some photos on imgur or create a YT video and reply with a link and I will try and help if I can.

@@Lantea13 I will do that. Customer service at niu has been terrible at niu. I sent it in for repairs then they sent it back with the latch broken. So they sent me the parts to install it with no proper instructions. So I will make a video for you hopefully u can have a better idea of how to fix it.

There is a detailed schematic of the throttle wiring on page 25 of the KQi3 service manual that someone linked a while back here www.trovaprezzi.it/manuali/niu_kqi3_pro_nero_rose_gold.pdf the throttle is the same as on the KQi2 There are also some photos in my written guide www.reddit.com/user/Lantea1/comments/14cjee8/niu_kqi2_disassembly_and_repair_guide_for_the/ I have a spare throttle somewhere, so I can take a few photos and reply here again a bit later, probably over the weekend.

Do you mean the latch that is part of the back fender?

Not 100% sure, but my best guess is that it is identical. The process of replacing it should also be the same.

For the front wheel I replied in your other comment ("you need to remove the orange stickers, and the screws holding the plastic covers and then remove the wheel, this diagram shows you the details i.imgur.com/XxzzORT.jpg "); the back wheel you can see that from this video on the back fender ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-51C4HHwN7WQ.html, see at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-51C4HHwN7WQ.html?t=226 you loosen the axle nuts, disconnect the motor wire from the controller, and remove the back wheel with the motor. As for disassembling and repairing the motor itself, that is beyond the scope of simple scooter repairs and I don't plan on taking apart the motor itself. If for some reason the electric motor broke you should still be within the two year NIU warranty so I would suggest you contact NIU support for repair or replacement if it does not work.

If your scooter is still under warranty best to contact NIU to fix it or they can send you the new throttle if you think you can replace it yourself.
