This was the end of day signoff for NJN back in the Camden/Philly area in the 80's. No idea what the date is beyond it was in the 80's. Back when TV stations would sign off for the night. This was after Doctor Who, which was usually the last thing they broadcast for the day.
This specific recording was from WNJS - Channel 23 in Camden.

LOL. Just noticed that the stock footage at 2:01 is Steve Jobs. Guess he wasn’t famous enough at the time to be recognizable as a non-New Jerseyan.

I do not. Too many decades in the rear view window. But they generally played it after all of them, though as I recall.
