I have this Bible and it is very pretty. I like that it has two ribbons and the comfort print. I like the NKJV and the red letter text as well. It is great for Bible illustrating. Thanks!

i've been looking for a good nkjv Bible journal!! i always used to put my Bible reflections in my own personal diary so it was just a huge combined diary. That was super messy, and I hated having to change journals so often. I also have a really distinct taste in Bibles. i love gold print, elegant design, and it has to say "Holy Bible". i've been waiting for a while to buy this one because it just seemed SO perfect that I wasn't sure if the actual Bible would match the online pictures. thank you so much for your review!! It was so so thorough and awesome! I am going to order mine, and I can't wait to get it! God bless!

I honestly need very large print, 16 pt font, but haven't seen any CBJs with anything larger than 10 pt font, at least this one has that. :) I would even get an interleaved if it was larger font. Have you seen bigger?
Not sure if you'll see this, since RU-vid moved the comments section, but I'm looking for a new bible that I can take notes (I've randomly highlighted my others but I'd like to have some kind of order to it) I have an Amplified bible, which I love, but I don't feel that I need such a meaty bible for every day. I also have an ESV which is generally my go-to. I have a Good News translation and my old youth bible which is a New Century Version but I rarely use those now as I think I prefer a more formal translation. I do struggle a little with the KJV. I was looking at either this one, or a NASB or She Reads Truth (I think that's CSB) version - do you have a recommendation?
The Journal the Word series Bibles are nicely done. As are the Inspire Bibles but they are only in the NLT. There’s a lot of wide margin editions in the ESV. The She Reads Truth Bible is a neat Bible but the font size is on the smaller side and it does have a little bit of ghosting. The new NASB single column reference Bible by Zondervan is a nice one and the leathersoft one has some great features for a non premium Bible. The margins are not lined though. The CSB that’s really nice for note taking and journaling is the Legacy Note Taking Bible and has tons of space for notes cause the concordance is wide margin as well. I will link the review of that one. If you want a lot of note space that one is really nice. I also have a playlist for journaling/wide margin Bibles as well. I wanted to ask about the print size. I LOVE this bible, beautiful, but concerned about print size. I have a cambridge clarion and have no problems seeing to read it. How do you feel about the print size compared to clarion? I'm not sure I like the thickness of this bible in the large print.
If you can read the Clarion then you shouldn’t have any problems with this one. I have very poor vision and can read it with reading glasses. I prefer the large print editions but this one I don’t have any problems with at all. Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate it
It’s just a wide margin Bible but colored pencils shouldn’t bleed through. Markers probably would but colored pencils shouldn’t. They now make a journal the word reference edition but I don’t know if they have one with a cute cover like this one. Thank you for watching and commenting
Some Bible covers just attract the hair and fuzz like crazy so when I notice that about one I try to mention it because the last thing you want is having to always take the lint roller to your Bible. The font is on the smaller size but I can read it with reading glasses but I always try to read from one that won’t strain my eyes so much. Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate it

The NKJV is my fav translation... it’s cousin, thd RSV is another favorite. The ESV is in the same family, but I always go back to the NKJV. Probably because I grew up with the KJV, and later, thd RSV....which my Catholic institution used ( Oxford Annotated RSV , with the Apocrypha ) while I was studying for my MAR.. ThecNKJV just sounds right to me, and retains a lot of the wording I love. Thsnks for your reply.

Pray about it ☺️ I asked god and I was sort of led more towards the SRT csb bible. But now after experiencing that one for about a year I'm ready to transition into a new one for more in depth studies.
It’s not a British English on this one. The KJV is more like Elizabethan English but the NKJV has been updated to replace the old archaic words with a more modern equivalent. HeART Worship these are really good Bibles. The paper they use is designed to cut down on show through when written on and is also easy to read in low light situations. It is a great Bible and $22 for the large print is definitely worth it. It’s nice that they have these cause it’s a very affordable note takers Bible.

Bible Believing Christian in Canada bibles are fairly pricey compared to American prices! I would be so appreciative if I could buy this large print bible for only $22 dollars lol
