Continuing with the steam theme, we go back to 2 years in August 2022, during the Indiana Rail Experience, Tri-State Scenic Steam Train on the Indiana and Northeastern Railroad. This train being hauled by famous Nickel Plate Road S-2 class steam locomotive #765. One of my personal favorite excursion stars. This would be my first time out on the Indiana Northeastern chasing the 765. This excursion was a two day weekend starting from Edon, Ohio to Hillsdale, Michigan. This would be also be my first time doing a big chase with any steam locomotives. This really put my skills to the test with chasing on this line. I definitely learned a lot from this trip and was able to put these to good use later on.
