A fantastic dish that only requires 2 ingredients!!! My family loves this dish and that's why I cook it quite often 😍 It goes very well with bread and onions, but rice or bulgur also taste good. The recipe for the rice you see in this video can be found here under my recipes 🙂

We need:
1 kg beef ribs (fatter)
500g dry white beans
2 large onions (or 4 small ones)
3 tbsp tomato paste (salça)
1 tbsp ground red pepper (heaped spoonful)
1 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
Salt
oil
approx. 2.5-3 liters of water
* Keep the beans in water for 1 night
*You can put the food in a pressure cooker to cook it quickly
