NL undervalues raw stats so much

For people who don't know what bacta is The reference is from Empire Strikes Back. After Luke gets mauled in the ice cave and spends a night in the steaming entrails of Han's tauntaun (sp?), he gets dunked in this weird liquid filled tank and heals up. The SAP strategy is to use the dromedary (which buffs units in the shop) and keep a unit or two frozen to continuously buff them to help ease the transition from early to mid-game squads. It's especially good with bison if you don't have a level 3 unit yet, but also works great with preparing later game standbys like bats, turtles, etc. to not be a total brick on the stats front. @@RaviVerma-456 i had to look it up as well. I guess its from a star wars film or something. The idea is to freeze a pet in the shop, and keep it there, buffing it by feeding beetles or by having dromedaries. Then when you buy the frozen animal it has a lot of dmg/hp right away

Ngl this game has given me team arrangement PTSD so I get it. I quit this game but I still watch NL.

The moment you realize putting your strongest unit in the front with melon armor (scorpion protection) is the moment you’re instantly better at SAP than NL.

He got used to doing it for bird scaling during bacta meta and then forgot why he was doing it. He was putting the strong units up front like thirty episodes ago.

@MeaslesPlease That could be debated in my opinion. If all of your units are dead to their second unit and your one strong unit in the back comes out to possibly kill that unit you still have 3 more to get thru. Now if they're not playing like NL they most likely have more than one strong unit.

From the percentages you gave I'm assuming "ran the numbers" you mean simulated 100 games between these two teams with the two different hatching chick placements. This doesn't tell us anything about if it's the right choice to make in general though, only against this exact team. For example, if the enemy had a frontline with larger health, chick behind ladybug would probably be the right play And a note on your calculations: the only random variable at play is where the ant buff, goes so all of those percentages you gave should actually equal 1/3 or 2/3. When running chick behind fish, the fish survives the ant hit with exactly one hp. This shows how dependent the ideal team placement is on the exact team you're up against. If you really wanted to determine what the correct play is, you would have to simulate NL's team against all the teams in the SAP database at a given round While I'm at, by your logic, NL should have placed his team as hatching chick, fish, swan, rabbit, ladybug for a 100% win rate. Hindsight is 20/20
