I prepared it tree days back but with only half of all the quantities indicated in the video. This was for a test and I had a spectacular cheese cake, not too sweet and with an exquisite raspberry flavor. This recipe will be part as one of the best in the recipes file of my family. Cheers buddy great videos and recepies love ur work . I have a question regarding ur no bake series. How long do they survive in a fridge or outside ? Its getting hot now in germany and i would like to know if i can make these for a dinner party a day before. Ive tried ur No Bake Mini Cheesecakes with mango and they were slightly too soft for safe presentation what could be my mistake on these ? As i said love ur videos keep it up and have a great day !! :)

Felicitaros antes de nada por enseñarnos esta nueva receta, que se vuelve a ver espectacular, como todas las que haces... Y hoy quería haceros una pregunta: Bea, si no tengo un molde tan pequeño, qué proporción me aconsejas seguir de cara a calcular pesos de los ingredientes para hacer más cantidad con un molde mayor?? Como sea, gracias como siempre artistas!! 😀

Hola Ángel! Yo calculo mas o menos 0.2 para cada pulgada. Significa que si yo uso molde de 7 pulgadas y quieres usar de 8 pulgadas, tienes que multiplicar los ingredientes por 1.2. Si quieres usar de 9 pulgadas, tienes que multiplicar todo por 1.4. No se si te explique bien, espero que si 😅. Como siempre, muchisimas gracias a ti!

In their previous video of mango cheesecake, it says there that we need to put it in the freezer for 30mins, though I’m not sure if it is the same with this cheesecake. But hope this helps!
