No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

I have made this recipe twice now and IT IS DIVINE. I have a few tips for those planning to try it: *If you don't have oreos, you can use the same amount (by weight) of some other cookie. I used Lotus biscuits and it was amazing. * Use a little bit more gelatin than the recipe calls for - I found it a tiny bit too soft/runny. *The first time I made it, I found the process of pushing the coulis through a strainer to be a pain in the neck. The next time, I put it into a high speed blender instead to smooth out the lumps, and it worked just as well. This is a truly delicious cake.

I love how naturally pink this is. No artificial flavoring or coloring. It's beautiful

Very nice. I made a recipe from another RU-vidr. It tasted great but it was more mousse than cake. I wanted a version that is fully set and I think your addition of powdered sugar and cornstarch is the secret. My next attempt will be your version. Thanks for sharing.

I just made this! I am not very good at cooking and i didn't have alot of ingredients but it turned out good! I don't know what cream cheese is so i just made do with butter + regular cheese + plain yogurt. I also didn't have gelatin so i used corn powder both times 😅 And I don't know if whipped cream and creme Chantilly are the same thing but thats what I used. It still turned out really good!!!

Very nice recipe.. which kind of cream did you use in the recipe. Is it dairy or non dairy cream?

Tried it and it was a full success. One advice: Do the coulis first, you will have time to prepare the base whilst it cools down. If anyone has a recommendation replacing the gelatin powder by a vegetarian-compatible product, please let me know. Thanks.
