Another wonderful recipe. I occasionally make the cinnamon rolls with your recipe as well as other recipes and now I have another one to try and even before eating I will know that it will be the most delicious cheesecake that I have ever made.

@@maximianum Ingredients for homemade cream cheese: Milk-500 ml Greek yogurt-500 ml Cream-500 ml Mix and heat milk and cream in one saucepan until 38-40 °C. After add natural Greek yogurt. (Greek yogurt without sugar) Leave your mass in a warm place and/or wrap in a towel. Leave it for 24 hours. Then pour the mixture into a tight cotton bag and hang it somewhere. Place a saucepan underneath. The liquid will drain. Leave it for a day (24 hours). So, you will have about 300-400 g of homemade cream cheese. Yummy! Good luck! 🙂

Loved the recipe! I can't find gelatin powder easily in my country (Portugal ❤) can I replace it with gelatine sheets instead? Is it the same amount? Thank You ❤
