Hey Kat, I recently immigrated to Finland from Italy (Italia) and your videos are being a lifesaver as I have to learn everything about this wonderful country, I now live in Espoo and it's a very good city. I'm slowly picking up finnish from your videos and hopefully in time I'll become a true integrated suomalainen, kiitos paljoon! 🇫🇮🇮🇹
I like the isi-thing. As a Finn, I sometimes recommend that to people that "command" me. Isi is also a common word for isä as in father, so you don't want to missuse it. And I just understood how difficult our language is.
I am just discovering your content and wow! Kiitos paljon for the amazing, quality content. Hope to see more similar videos in the future. In the meantime, I'll be scrolling through your previous videos! ~A new French subscriber~
@@KatChatsFinnish They already are! I just registered for a Finnish course in Paris, but due to my professional situation and current location, I'll have to do it remotely. So I think your video will be a great addition to course material!

@@KatChatsFinnish My dream to immigrate to Finland is practically dead now, thanks to the silk road company. You thought me a lot of finish and I still enjoy the tutor. One of your follower from Ethiopia. Kittos paljon!
That's the formal/plural form of reply when someone thanks you (basically "you're welcome") or something you say when you give something to someone (again fairly formal). A little bit less formal in the singular form would be "ole hyvä".
