Big difference driving on the interstate and parking lots than driving off road. Come haul grain or logs or rock/sand, bet I’d teach you a thing or two.
These wrecker drivers are phenomenal. It seems in every situation they know exactly where to stick their leads and extract the vehicle. Great job fellas!!
For 12 years doing heavy towing and recoveries this is the easiest recovery. Way to many gawkers and people around this. So much can go wrong. People getting hurt when cables brakes or slip. Nice easy pull with a potential disaster looming in the distance. Never let the crowd that close to become a second victim. Wow is all I can say.
That pit entrance and exit, is a tricky one. Not really made for the big rigs but I've seen this a few times now, at Attica. Awesome track, one of the best in Ohio if you ask me
This particular race got rained out halfway through. They slid off while attempting to leave, just as everyone else was leaving also! Thanks for watching!
If the track owns the property across from that exit they need to extend that whistle(drain pipe) and build it up to make it easier for the big rigs. Do that or the track pays the tow bill.
Its not break out hundreds to have that wrecker.. add a zero or two..lol. that there is a good time. Great placement and nice work on the cables. Stay safe and be well.
Believe it or not, we actually pulled Tony Stewart out just the month before, a few roads away from this one....and he actually was the semi driver! Thanks for watching!
We actually unbolted and removed the front bumper so that it was not damaged, and so that we could get access to a point to hook our chains. The bumper was reinstalled after winching it back into the roadway. Thank you for watching!
Mr and Mrs. damn and the whole damn family out there critiquing your recovery.” Hell boy, if I had my tractor and a chain I’d just jerk that badboy outta there.
Well that driver wouldnt make the oversized load cut 🤣🤣🤣 especially if that little race trailer gave him that much hassle and this is where the men are separated from the boys lmao
Happens to the best of us, tight spot try to get a long truck and trailer out of, front end slides off. It happens. All these SUPER TRUCKERS making comments about staying on the road, probably don’t get off the interstate.
Unfortunately, no. About a month before this, one of our other drivers had to winch out Tony Stewarts race rig a couple blocks away from here...and Tony was actually the one driving the rig! A GPS had him turn down the wrong road and he got stuck turning around.
So there has not been a KLR for like 2 or 3 years now so how old is this video? And how the hell did that thing crash it look like it was in a straight away
@@Demodude1234 well thats well over a million $$$ of truck, trailer and equipment the driver is responsible for. Usually your first screw up is your last.
