Oh boyyy! Great choice Angaar! As a small tip, install your S grade upgrade you got on your multitool (and link it by placing next to the scanner module) and if you are lucky to get +% to fauna you will make significantly more units scaning animals (same for minerals and plants). Don't hesitate to install it as you will find more in the future, also if you scan all the fauna from a planet you get nanites depending on the number of animals. The edibles like you found the frozen tubers also recharge your hazard protection by 10% if you eat one, the wheat you found but didnt get close to it replenishes your life support by 5%. Read the descriptions! Great video mate, looking forward to more! Cheers! 😁✌

Great choice. Ive tried this game twice and never been able to get past the first beginner part. I seem to loose the will to live. Great to see how it should be done.

Oh man, this is going to be interesting. A friend and I have basically no-lifed this game. We've got so much of every currency, the best modules, a fully upgraded base that provides everything we could ever need, we've got bases scattered across the stars producing tons of every resource. Its going to be super refreshing to see someone play the game that doesn't have all those things, or know the best most optimal routes to maximizing their progression.

one of the best QOL things I purchased was the personal refiner that goes in your suit. no more placing and putting it down.

Am sooo glad you found your way to NMS Angaar! It has become awesome - and more recently so! The storylines are very satisfyingly well connected and human - will love watching you go through some of this (there's LOADS) andf will follow every step of your journey - you might just squeeze in the expedition before it ends once you get through enough of the first main questline! Looking forwards to watching one of my favourite YT touchstones playing this xD

It is a lot easier to recharge via hitting X and going to the battery icon. Much quicker especially when running from enemies.

My brother bought me this game a few years ago (i think) and i wasn't sure about it and didn't really enjoy it, hopefully this 5th update and your play though might change my opinion 🦆

Yeah, didn't fancy it when it first came out, but looks quite good now. Also just found out it supports VR with my Meta Quest, and that is AMAZING!!!! 🤘😎🤘

I too have played this game for years and enjoy it for its peacefulness, hehee, so you might not enjoy it as much. I imagine you will stay on solo play but just be warned PVP is on by default.
