I usually farm Cimmerian thralls in Maeglyn's Glen. The wheel is typically set up at the natural bridge leading up to the silver mine. I not infrequently see Dalinsia in the nearest guard positions or around the mead house. She's not that rare on this map. More difficult and valuable is Lianeele. Another good combat thrall is Markos. He is labeled as an archer (and a good one), but also does quite well as a melee fighter. His high base STR also means he can make good use of all those Bessie's Bows you find.
Built a purge base pretty much where you did and the campers can't find a spot to camp....I think I am just going to place treasures with one coin and no defenses until I find a spot where I can trigger a purge. I did that on a different server exiled lands and ended up way in the flat desert near the starter area. Berkeeping will have to wait another night...
It turns out the error message is misleading, and the problem was not the purge location, it was the purge base. For an L1 purge I had to reduce my "base" to 4 T1 foundations with a fence, open on one side.
Very much enjoying following your series. Im playing on Xbox and wish this Map was available. I'm finding your playthroughs very helpful. I just did the Well of Skelos.... Twice! Saw the Thicc Leap and thought that was the way to go!!!!! It's not!!!! Watched your episode on the Well and got the necessary info! Currently I have a level 16 Janos and Cimm Berzerker. With a couple of legendary weapons in Redeemed Armor with a bunch of strength and follower buffs. They are cutting through everything like butter!
I must admit I was chuckling at your misfortune...sorry... By the way, that is not the only Delinsia spawn. I don't have a map in front of me but there is a similar camp up north, just on the border before the snows.... from left to right, about 3/4 of the way across. I set up a camp there and got a Delly and 3 serkers I think.
ok.. let me recall where you could find those mountain lion on siptah.. if i remember correctly you should find them at around the cliff side near the temple of loon at the isle of dusk... as for the arena champion and god breaker armor recipe it's located at a different location on SW.. you should able to find it at around G-12 at a location called buried mounds... a great spot to level up your new "friends"... 😅
@@AngaarUK if you are lucky you may find the warmarker champion at G-12, unfortunately it's spawn spot at G-12 is a rotation among a couple of 3 skulls bosses so you rarely get to see him or it to spawn on SW.. as for the northemier T4 archer spawn spot.. it's 1 of 2 guaranteed spawn spot on SW.. and it's a rotation among 3 or 4 male T4 archers and 1 female T4 archer...
There are other Cimmerian villages northeast of Cabhan Fell that has guaranteed berserker spawn locations. Dalinsia will also spawn there. In Cabhan Fells, the dancer at the top of the hill has a chance to spawn a Lianeele if you want a named Cimmerian dancer.
I spent a lot of time bonking out named thralls on SW. This was my favourite spot!! many many shenanigans on the roofs here! Good times with friends! Also Cimmerian feasts refresh both food and water and your HP faster rate than grilled meat. Good for DBNO aftermath healing.

Each of the save locations (near buildings and structures) will usually give you a navigation data. You will wan to collect these to trade in the space stations for navigation charts from the cartographer. I would get the exosuit upgrade charts and the distress planetary charts. The exosuit upgrade charts show you pod locations where you can get free suit upgrades (each one needs some basic materials to repair the pod first). The distress planetary charts will sometimes show you where crashed ships are and you can claim these and salvage them at space stations for units/money. I would also recommend keeping the goop & viscous fluids once you have the suit inventory space. Refining these in a refiner will eventually become nanites (residual goop -> viscous fluids -> living slime -> runaway mold -> nanite clusters).
just a fyi you can put slime and other stuff in the refiner and turn it into nanites. also keep silver, planets I went on in the beginning stages that was hard to find a lot of.
Ad a grub wizard... You dont need any of this now. You just need the items to sacrifice, to summon armor which is heavy padds , you need stuff for the bags , and really dont need anything else. Professional sorcerer here btw grub life homies
This is one of my best buys EVER, should've bought it ages ago. I figured it out btw, this game is just different degrees of "I am SO lost". I think I bought a S-class flag ship yesterday that I can't fly anywhere, came with 2 freighters and no fuel, then stumbled across settlement, apparently I'm in charge of it now 🤔, still so very lost lol
Will this absurd price continue at the bazaar? When they were sold in DLC format, I bought them because they had a great price. But with the bazaar I stopped playing.
I can only assume that someone is buying the stuff, so they would be changing the pricing 😞 Remember it is all cosmetic and none of it is required to play/complete the game! 🤘😎🤘
You may be struggling with the icons on your screen a little bit when you're on a planet. That arc with icons at the top center screen is like a compass in which it shows you locations generally ahead of you. You turn in a circle to see which direction to go for the icon you are seeking. Whereas the icons outside that are the ones you can select to tag and follow more directly. As you get closer, focus on the icon you selected below the compass area as it will drop below your screen so look downwards more.
Just a couple mins in so far so if you figure this out, so be it..... those little modules on the ground that look like they are burning.... (looks kind of like an old apollo capsule)....there will always be a buried module that you are looking for nearby..... also, should you need any reference guides, Jason Plays has several beginners series
Great video my friend. Every time you go to a new space station you can add one inventory slot for free so do that every time and you'll have more space quickly. Only buy class S modules unless you really need one and can only find a class A. There is always at oeast one or 2 of the blue or orange data cubes on evey station as well. On a shelf or on top of box or display case. Always grab those. When you talk to aliens request language help then talk to them again select practice language and youll get more reawrds from them most of the time. Things like vicious fluids and goop can actually be refined and one of those two gives you something you can actually use but I am on pain meds from surgery and can't remember which. You can make animal food from, i think carbon or ferite dust and can tame alien pets. Some you can ride. Some even fly. Ill keep watching you move along and when you get to the point you can salvage wrecked ships i will give you a tip to save a ton of time and resources to make money of them faster or even to get parts to build your own new ship. Keep going! This is a huge game and can give you mearly endless content creation. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions. Im no expert but yhere are things you can do to save a lot of time early game. Once you can summon the anomaly space station youll be able to start making a ton more money and get a better ship easier.
1/ Those buried tech modules can be tricky. What I used to do was to start digging as soon as I got to about 20 units away. Getting closer can get you confused, as the marker vanishes once you get above the module (and should start digging directly down from where you are). Digging from a few units away is like digging sideways (digging a short tunnel instead of a hole going more or less down from your position on the surface) and has the advantage thet you see the marker. tl;dr: see the marker - dig towards it. 2/ I noticed that sometimes the stuff you mark "unmarks" itself (no idea if they fixed it), which got me confused several times - to the point I stopped using the marking thing. 3/ You can scan for stuff while flying your ship in the atmosphere of a planet or moon (and it doesn't have one - flying close to the surface). These scans won't reveal minerals, buried tech etc., but they will find outposts and other structures you may want to visit. BTW: thnx for rekindling my interest in playing Conan. Watching you play No Man's Sky brings fond memories.
Long time fan of your Conan series, so glad to see you play NMS. You have some nice options with NMS. You can play it long term, like this series, or periodically play expedition when they are available as a short term mini-series. Up to you. Looking forward to more episodes.
The Markers are exact lol, look down, point at it n dig :) You can fly in 3rd person if you want, you bring up the options like you did in last video when you added yellow stuff to your protection, works same in flight too for refuelling etc
Speaking of flying, if you dislike the tatering system of the ship crosshair/reticul, you can change in the settings and for me it feels better just fixed as it stays in the center of screen!

Some more tips 😄 ... - You can actualy access most of the salvage technologies by just looking down when you are over them and don't realy need to dig them. - almost all settlements have a damaged technology and a buried salvage tech in or near them (I always check them first). - I would suggest not buying upgrade modules under S class and sell all under S class. - staying at upgrades, another suggestion is to upgrade your technology slots first (the upper slot space of the inventory) - I believe you are preaty lucky with your start. Those multitools inside the Space station are Alien and are preaty rare, now if they are at least A class you should take a mental note and buy one as soon as you have the money. It will help you a lot and will have more tech space (I would buy a B class too and upgrade it's class when I would have the nanites).
So I tried fighting the arena champion three different times, my two thralls and I do well in the beginning but once she gets to half health, her hp seems to stay at half way and won’t budge regardless of how many times we hit her and eventually she kills all three of us, any suggestions??
When you stumble across the chance, I encourage you to explore a cave system on one of the planets. Some of my funnest times have been getting lost in the procedurally generated cave systems.
I can't speak for your caves specifically, but they often look like they close off but if I go right up to where I think it closes off, it actually opens into more caves. They're very deceptive. Expect to use your terrain manipulator to tunnel.back to the surface if you get hopelessly befuddled.
I'm sure someone has mentioned this by now, but you can shove rusted metal into the refiner and get 2x ferrite dust for each. Even more useful, all the goop type junk materials can be refined (over several steps) into nanites. Basically, if in doubt, try chucking it in your refiner, something good might come out!
