I always thought it was strange when I was a kid how anime was usually 'low fps' style, but the intros were always smooth and detailed, but the main show was always just mouths moving while everything else in frame was still, and the eyes would sometimes blink.
It's a simple answer, When an anime is low budget, there's a limited amount of time and resources that can be spent on animation. The opening is the first thing most people see, and will play on *every* episode, so it's best to put a lot of effort into it to make a good first impression and get people hyped. Then the rest of the show saves on budget by not having much animation/motiom until the big fight scenes which require the most time, effort and money. It's all a big Allocation of Resources game. (Bigger budget and higher quality anime tend to not suffer from this problem as much)
Jerma is absolutely 100% correct about why people use emulation. I can't go half an hour online without hearing people heaping praise onto old Nintendo games I literally can't access legally.
@A Toaster I think skipping TSA helps, since he doesn’t notice Mr Blackhole and Notorious having complete personality changes, doesn’t have to wonder why Dr Juvenile is back after dying, and doesn’t get attached to Badman and Bad Girl who are respectively killed off straight away and benched for the majority of the story.
9:10 "Can you just hand me the plunger at the door?" So what you're saying is, basically you want them to just go "Here is your hotel room key card and your plunger." and they hand both of them to you at once. That's all I'm imagining and it's so funny.
The thing that's so funny about that seal is when Jerma does his impression of a seal that sounds like him I think "I guess that's exactly what the seal sounds like bc that doesn't sound like him at all really." Then when I hear the seal I'm like "wtf that's jerma"

here's a hint: you could spam dodge while swarmed since they cluster their attacks, so the window of time available for adrenaline (i call it that because it clearly isn't the same effect as mustang mode) is expanded.

I think it was an ad for a Star Trek game or show or movie or something, it has Karl Urban in it. There was a period of time where I saw that ad, like, 15 times per day.
