I have been doing this exercise for about 1-2 years and while I definitely saw improvement, it wasn’t enough to totally solve the under eye hollows. Still looking for that magical exercise! I do it pretty consistently too.
The hollowness is called “tear trough” which is different than eye bags. Maybe try some face yoga that targets the tear trough. As we age we lose muscle and collagen around the eyes causing the hollowness.
@@faceyogamethod I don’t have eye bags, I have eye hollows. After a lot of research, I discovered it is genetic and only a small portion related to lifestyle. It’s just the shape of my bone structure.
@@Danilocosan I did find some option with a laser that helps to stimulate and rebuild the collagen, as well as taking collagen supplements. I haven’t tried the lazer yet. I refuse surgery, and the exercises do help with building muscle but the true answer is more collagen.
Thank you, for I have a genetic predisposition towards baggy eyes. DO REMEMBER in an anonymous forum, humans tend to throw out nasty remarks because they can, many without realizing it exists to begin with due to the efforts and courage it takes to produce the content. Everyone is a critic when it costs them nothing. Don't be discouraged. 😊 ...Looking forward to the next video.
I love the way you explained this one. The world leader in face yoga had me so confused I wasn’t sure what I was doing. Now I do. The mouth really helped in achieving this. Your wonderful thankyou
Isn’t Fumiko the world leader in face yoga? I’ve seen videos from a few others, who are actually photographers, etc., and face yoga is a side gig with no certification; those don’t really work, in my experience. Fumiko’s techniques show almost immediate, albeit slight, results from the first time. (Sorry if I misspelled anything; just finished my first coffee and I’m coming off pain meds for a hand injury.)
@@valentinasfeir2108 Yes, the Face Yoga Method works. The best part is all of our programs were designed for all ages, abilities and skin types. The results speak for themselves, see some Happy Yogi before and afters here: bit.ly/49jdy0Z Consistency is key with Face Yoga, that’s why we keep the routines short and powerful. We recommend that those practicing the Face Yoga Method dedicate about 10 to 15 minutes a day to the exercises and poses. Additionally, you can do them anywhere making it easy to stay on track.
Hey ! Love your videos. Just a suggestion I think there would be a lot of value of having the clip be longer. As in you take us thru a whole 10 seconds of doing this movement. And then like a good job at the end lol bc I really felt this tingling my under eyes when I tried. bc I was doing it along with you!! But then it cut off to the beginning of the video
Okay I think this may actually work! I tried it and when I squinted, my fingers could feels the contraction of the tiny muscles around my eye so I guess the point is to mitigate the sagging by building the muscles around the eye area which is cool!
I can make my eyebags disappear by just squinting - it pushes the cheeks upward into the eye orbit displacing the bag. All the other stuff is superfluous and frankly I can't walk around with fingers pressed into my face while my mouth hangs open at the supermarket
I’m 43 and I have had undereye bags since age 17. In my case it’s hereditary because my mom and dad genetically have them. My mom had them on her since she was young.
I’d just recommend getting PRP injection in that area it’s not filler so it won’t cause any side effects and filler moving. You can get plasma treatment or stem cell treatments. It works wonders and costs around 300 for the entire face. You can also choose the areas to inject and results are amazing!
You are welcome! ❤ We suggest doing the exercises in 3 sets, 3-5 times per day for optimal results. We recommend 3 to 5 reps and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, or 3 breathes for each individual exercise.
Hi there! We suggest that you follow the below tips: 1. Follow the instructions in each video *fully*, really pay attention 2. Visualize and focus on the muscles you're using 3. Make sure you're not using muscles you shouldn't, like the forehead when doing eye exercises. Never do an exercise that creates more lines, or deeper lines, if that happens, try to do the pose very gently, not too hard, use your hands to smooth out the lines. Avoid overstretching the skin. 4. Practice in front of a mirror until you're 100% confident you're doing it correctly 5. Pay attention to your daily habits like sleeping on your side, chewing on one side only, frowning, etc. For example, if you're doing neck & jawline exercises, but at night you're sleeping on a pillow that's too high and forms creases on your neck then that would be counterproductive. 6. Drink enough water (we recommend hot water) and moisturize. 7. Take photos. Sometimes we are not aware of lines that we had before, or of subtle changes that happened in our face. Without before and after photos it's not possible to compare and see results.
Hi there! Consistency is key with Face Yoga! Most Face Yogis see visible results within a few weeks of diligent daily practice. You can see some Happy Yogi before and afters here: bit.ly/33O8DUr
Stop! face exercises has to be taken seriously and cautiously administered face to face on an individual level! People’s face’s biological structures varies in different degrees! One exercise may benefit a few but disastrous to others! Plus facial muscles are very tiny and sensitive. The face structure has many contributing factors to consider. Therefore facial exercises may not be taught on social medias as a respect to each and every individual esp. those of women who are emotionally sensitive and affected by a slight mistake on their faces. With my respects, I had to share my thoughts to protect the general public. Respectfully yours.
