@@4letsshakesum it helped a little but was a pretty temporary solution. I’ve also started using a retinol eye cream so that it feels like the skin is more firm, but for the most part I’m not sure if I am able to fix it. It might also be a genetic problem, though I’m sure my sleeping habits also play a part.

Next time you make eggs, take your finger lightly dip it in the leftover egg white, gently dab it under your eye over the puffy areas it is a natural way to firm up your eye bags within seconds. Thank You Italian Mom now in Heaven .

Thank you Dr. Michael you are a very good doctor I had tried everything you had said about my dry ice I even brought the eyedrops and it work I did go to the eye doctor he said that my eyes was very dry he gave me a list of some of the ey buy I did not buy them I came across you on RU-vid and you was talking about eyedrops and I listened and I listened and I listened and just something just says he’s a very good high doctor we need good doctors like you to help peoples with their eyes not to take a vantage of them or their insurance we need someone to take care of our eyes I understand that as we get older

I had an ophthalmologist years ago recommend taking fish oil capsules that helps to keep eyes moist and healthy and drinking plenty of water. And it did help. He even sold the fish oil suppliments at his office.

Thank you so much you give people instructions in the right way how to take care of allergies dry eyes anything major see your eye doctor and that is very good instructions my eyes was very dry itchy burning tearing I didn’t know what was going on but thanks be to you I listened to you and my eyes are much better I have a little tearing but like you say it might come from allergies I have a little bag under my eyes but I get up early in the morning I am trying to use the spoons to tighten up the like bags under my eyes keep doing good Dr. Michael and God bless you thank you again

For me it's all about the food. Like he said, salt. But even moreso, all the super processed foods. Since I've been staying away from anything inside the perimeter of the grocery store and focusing on fresh whole foods (organic when I can) with plenty of water and regular exercise, my eyes look WAY WAY better. Plus my girlfriend loves what is doing to my body 💪😁

I found that sleeping to sleep cycles and consitent bed times and wake up times helped also limited blue light exposure as much as possible and this worked for me

Wish that worked for mine,86 years now and have had them from a very young age. Still learning to live with them, the hardest part is getting photos taken, I hate that and try to avoid it like a plague 😞
