Anita Baker is a gift to this world. I feel for her with all the heartache she's had in recent years, with her divorce, her record labels, and with everybody trying to rip her off financially. It's a shame. She is a national treasure and a class act. I LOVE YOU ANITA BAKER!

I fell in love with her a 15 yrs old , my 1st job cutting grass (landscaping) for a Business Park the summer of 1987, the only tape i had was "Rapture" on a walkman headset. All summer long! $400 per Friday. I was rich!!!!
I do love Ms. Baker's music and when it comes to her personal issues, I wish her much luck. We all have issues to be dealt with in our lives, Far worse than what she's dealing with. The articles make it seem as though celebrities go through such horrific issues, when we deal with every day crap and we pull through just fine. We all have problems, should be no surprise that celebrities do as well...no biggie people, things could be worse, keep it together people... respect.

It doesn't really matter whether Anita Baker did anything wrong or not. She should be left alone and release her from all the grief because-like many people say-she is a gift to humanity and she has given all of us happiness through her music, her unique beautiful voice and her beautiful soul. People just don't understand that human beings like her are just immune, untouchable.
Sorry, while I love Anita as well as other artist, no one should be immune to circumstances of actual wrong doing. I believe Anita to be a very responsible lady however, there are other artist who are not as responsible who have committed criminal acts and deserve justice served. No one is above the law.

You can pay a contractor in full for working on your home and even have proof that you paid the contractor in full. If you don't get the contractor to sign off on the contract, he or the store that supplied the goods used for your home repair can come back and place a contractor's lien on your home. Sometimes the contractor fails to pay the store (example: Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) for the goods. Next you will be sued by the store.
How can a private company lock anyone up for a debt??? They're playing loose and fresh with the law. You can NOT lock someone up for a debt, idgaf HOW much they owe nor what color. If I was Ms Anita, I wouldn't pay them AND I'd countersue.
