I like that your videos has a sense of reality. Like when you open the fridge and shake the can or when you adjust your equipments, it is something that I cant see in other channels and for that I keep coming back to your videos. I can't explain why. I just like it.
Well, an automatic one would make a boatload of noise and interrupt the otherwise peaceful audio, hence the manual. I can tell by how he uses it, though, that he uses it often, or at least often enough to really have the technique down.
@@quellarpammler6469 Huh... I meant to reply to a different comment. :o Well, since I'm here instead, yes, an automatic one makes a lot of whirring noise. It's not deafening, but noisy enough. We've got two manual can openers, the scissor-like kind that you twist the handle on, but they're absolute garbage. I have a leatherman multi-tool with a legitimate manual can opener on it that I use in my room for canned meats when I don't want to wake the whole house at any odd hour of the night. 😁
Love the natural ease with which you bring the coffee & agar to the perfect point where agar starts gelling (90° C) but before the boiling point that would destroy the complex aroma of your beautiful coffee. Without a kitchen thermometer, just by eye & ear. Elegant cooking.
@@peacefulcuisine I noticed that too; love it! :D Your videos already have a great, cinematic aesthetic, and that moving camera effect really adds to that! ^^
You’re one of my favorite people in the world. Thank you for always sharing your amazing talents, perfect food, gorgeous cinematography and editing (!!!), so generously with us.
I love your videos with all my heart. I absolutely love how the silence amplifies the art you're creating. It honestly inspires me to be more appreciative of food and how I make it. Thank you for your wonderful videos and all the effort and time and love you put into every single one ❤
I have been following your channel for more than 3 years now, since RU-vid recommended me one of your videos (best recommendation ever). Just wanted to say thank you, I find them so relaxing and calming. Greetings from a fellow follower from Spain :) PS: please someday try to veganize paella, it's hard to find good recipes out there😂
Everything you make / do especially with your foods & drinks truely deserve more than what even a Michelin star would be. Such excellence & elegance yet beautifully calming. A long old fan and subscriber fellow gentleman, you never disappoint.

i'm a coffee lover and wanted to know how to make this drink when I first clicked it. I quickly forgot to care about the recipe and got engrossed with the amazing visuals the entire time! AMAZING!
Omg I am in awe. Thank you for all the work and love you put into your videos so we can sit back and enjoy and relax. Your work never ceases to amaze me.
I'm watching a video about coffee while simultaneously having my own morning coffee! ☕ I can't ask for a better way to start off my morning. ☀️ Keep up the great work! Hope all is well. 😊
@@a_shan8662 you can put a balloon on the end and not put cream in which releases the gas from the cartridge which is NOS, or laughing gas which you can inhale and get high on.
