As for the roaster, I don’t know if it’s the original one but an extremely similar one at least is the Doyo coffee roaster (zcroasters.com/buy/200g-hand-operated-home-roaster-mini-doyo-coffee-roaster/). There are also cheaper versions too. Hope that helps you on your coffee journey :):)
