I have this problem like now and I can't wait to try this... hence it be coursed by a bumpy road... because to me it started the day after a bumpy trip.. thanks a lot brother!!!!
I have the same problem! 🤦🏻♂️ i keep replacing the starter solenoid and it would start fine a couple of times, then is just makes that clicking noise out of the solenoid, what could it be? Thanks!
I just took off that cover and put a Flathead screwdriver in the groove and pushed it backwards a few times. You will feel a little tension at first when you push it backwards and then you will feel it ease up a little. Once you feel it like that then you most likely did it enough for the flywheel to catch when it’s time to crank it up
Damn sorry it didn’t work. The only thing I can tell you is to try it again and keep pushing back on the flywheel until you don’t feel a lot of tension on it and see what happens. You also can order the whole starter clutch from L&L Extreme. I bought one from them and it works perfect. The ones I was ordering from Amazon and eBay only lasted me a few rides
What issue are you having tho ? I changed my oil after having to replace the gasket he mentioned in this video but after I went to to turn it on to cycle the oil, it wouldn’t crank. I get a bunch of clicking noises coming from the solenoid. I’m going to try this before spending more money at it tho .
@@ashtonwilliams3487 yea. I changed the solenoid and charged my battery. Been running great ever since. I believe my solenoid was bad and was draining my battery way too fast. I think it was like 20 bucks on Rocky Mountain.
