I am a highschool senior currently dreading school everyday because I can’t wait to graduate and express my new found self and new life experiences that awaits me out side of here. You have calmed my mind. I have been so scattered brained trying to prepare myself for this move to a new city I am making after graduation. I am so anxious for it because I can finally live the life I’ve always wanted. But you have calmed my mind to slow down and know that everything is closer than I imagined. My life has been full of hardships that I have worked hard to overcome and I recently got sober from weed and nicotine after years, I’m only 19, I’m 122 days sober and I felt extremely guilty for being tempted today. But I didn’t give in. I remembered how much I’ve overcome. I realised in reality I’ve just been extremely stressed recently and neglecting my emotions. I deserve to be kind to myself ❤️ “Every single day we are experimenting” Update: guys I’m 5 months drug free!!!

I started student teaching and I’m everything is a learning lesson. In a chapter that has involved a lot of self reflection and learning how to enjoy being by myself. I am proud to say I am taking the best care of myself that I ever have and my goals are coming to fruition. I definitely have decision fatigue. I spend so much time on thought and not very much on taking action. And I keep coming back to the same place. I've been away from your channel for a while. Your channel kept me grounded. I will start again to try and make my life and energy more productive and focused. To be honest, I keep going back on some bullshit I created in my subconscious.
