INGREDIENTS for the Berta Jay's
ITALIAN DRESSING

LIQUIDS
½ vinegar (I used ¼ cup of red wine vinegar + ¼ cup apple cider vinegar)
2 tablespoons water
1½ tablespoons pure lemon juice
¼ cup apple juice concentrate
SPICES
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon parsley flakes
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
DIRECTIONS
1. Into a blender container, PUT the vinegar, water, lemon juice and apple juice concentrate
2. ADD all the SPICES but the dried minced onion.
3. BLEND WELL.
4. Pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid. ADD the minced onion and STIR WELL.
5. That's it...ENJOY!
