Tomato 🍅 chutney

Green chillies 5 to 6
Ginger 1 Inch
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tomatoes 🍅 4
Tamarind small goose berry size
Coriander leaves handful with stems
Turmeric powder 1/4
Salt as per taste
Jaggery powder 1 tbsp
Tempering

Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Bengal gram dal 1/2 tsp
Red chilli 1
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 1 spring
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
