It has a subtle sweetness and good matching with sultanas.
It's good for your morning or afternoon tea snack.

Tips
I'm using 4slices of thick bread in this video.
If you use thin slices of bread such as sandwich slices use 5 slices of bread.
The liquid might drip when you turn over the bread but its okay.
Cook on a medium low to low heat.
Ingredients
4 slices bread
100ml milk
4Tbsp sugar
3eggs
1Tbsp vanilla essence
2~3Tbsp sultanas
20g butter (for milk mixture)
2tsp butter (for the pan)
Some cooking oil
