how does that make it not improve? it's still not scripted. improv comedy groups do regular scheduled shows. it doesn't make what they do not improv.

This reminds me of the San Francisco Bay to Breakers. I took part in that race a few years ago (yes I dressed up for it, I was The Flash), and in that race since it was sanctioned you could go with little to nothing or as much as you wanted. I actually saw one family that actually went COMPLETELY naked the entire way, and I'm wondering now if this no pants subway ride deal was actually sancioned by the city. That right there you have to wonder.
