Excellent. That spring-pulling tool (starting at 0:09) is the key. I swear it looks hand made, but it uses a simple lever system ("Give me a lever, and I can move the earth!").

Buy the replacement clamps from amazon.com. (I'm currently repairing my yard sale Parson chairs find, then reupholstering them. I also have recently repaired my sofa springs and some structural issues as well.

Also, you're going to need a screwdriver and another person helping to pull, if you don't have that tool that he used to pull the spring.
