Started a month early at the start of October! 30 years old and up until now I always went clean shaved, but I'm giving it the 3 month trial to see how it goes!
same here, I shaved mid october but went a little lazy and let it grow. Now with the start of no shave november I will continue with my small beard. 25 years old, have been always clean shaven or had some short stubble so I am really keen on how I will look like with a beard. Might as well keep it grow after november.

Been following for a long while. You saved my life with this beard hack... When you blow dry, comb with the jaw line (to straighten the hairs). Best advice ever...thx !
I’m also going to recommend Artius Man for no shave November. Not only is it cheap for the samples it’s enough oil to last you through the month. Plus, I think Artius Mans oil would be some of the best for initial beard itch.
@@user-ip3ck5pt7j honestly dude. Just let it hang. Drink plenty of water and exercise. I’m 33 and very hairy so that helps. If you’re going to trim, just be super careful. Only take the flyaways off and don’t take any length off. You’ll get to a point where you feel like your beard just isn’t growing. It is. Think of it this way. You get a puppy. You’re with it every day and you’re seeing it grow without really realizing it. Some friend might come over that hasn’t been there a while and says damn that puppy is getting big. That’s when you realize just how big it’s gotten since you first got it. Same with a beard. It’s growing even tho you may not realize it. Just have patience and don’t give in to the temptation or frustration. Just... let it hang. Hope this helps. Beard on, bro
If you're trying to grow an all over big beard I would avoid trimming fly aways, but if you're going for a short sides long bottom like scuba has, then trim the fly aways.

That was my mistake I did not cut a v but I did cut it closer for a short beard then decided to go long so it is not were it should be playing catch up
