I cut out my first sugar craving for 23 days. After then I didn't have any craving for chocolate bars since that time. I'm sure you'll do well. P.S. I love you voice since I first heard it in Independence Day Resurgence

So happy for you, Jenna! Amazing job. It’s not at all an easy thing to do. I used to drink a lot of soda, an extremely unhealthy amount. On December 18th 2020 I decided to stop. I’ve tried many times but it didn’t stick longer than a few days. This time I haven’t had soda in 3 months and still going strong. I’m so proud of you. Now you know you have the ability!

Right?! 😹 I thought getting rid of wheat last year was the most difficult thing to cut out but sugar was next level. It doesn’t help I have a major sweet tooth
@@TheJennaPurdy the worst and most difficult part is the withdrawal. You need a seriously strong will to overcome the physical symptoms and leave the withdrawal stage. And even then, who doesn't love a small piece of chocolate from time to time. I think removing sugars completely is near-impossible, but as you said, changing your mindset about sugars into making them some sort of reward is a much healthier (and simpler) approach.
