Ingredients:
- 60ml Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 10ml Champagne reduction infused with roasted olives
- 3 dashes of basil oil
- Lemon zest
Everything can be reusable. In this cocktail, Alessio just used the leftover of the Champagne and the olives from the fridge. The basil has been blended with olive oil.
