Definitely nah. Noah is a great sprinter and. Good dude ... But just hella corny. Doesn't have the self assured vibe of a Bolt. Will still get lots though
Seriously, every sprinter and track coach should be subscribed to this channel. The quality and depth of information you're getting from the current world champion is a remarkable opportunity. What Noah is doing here is pretty special.
You can tell Noah is a coach’s dream. He seems to always come to the track with a great mindset even when he isn’t feeling the best. That’s a champion mindset right there

Surprising how the fastest man in the world only has 153k subscribers for his RU-vid channel. So much to learn from this young man (not just the techniques but also the mindset of a champion). This dude definitely deserves more attention, love and support!
Dear Noah Lyles, Thank you for this video. We are so grateful that you posted this. We can see that you are a visionary athlete with clarity about your desired outcome. Thank you. You own your business. We love to see you control the flow of your narrative, curating your space with flowing, abundant, and appropriate people. Further, we love how you celebrate your small wins - max on the box squat (YES!!!). We love, also, how you trust your team and your family. In this video, Noah Lyles, you honored the perspective of your massage therapist and you waited to consult with her before you proceeded to continue your rigorous workout. Noah Lyles also, thank you for trusting and celebrating your uniqueness. Thank you. Your celebration of your uniqueness creates more room for us to celebrate our uniqueness. Your celebrations of “not being normal” was one of the best moments of this video. “I am NOT normal. I am ABOVE normal” (YES!!!!!!!!). Further, you supported your claim, “I AM a 6 time world champ - That’s not normal”. (YES!!!!!!!!!!!!) We appreciate how you talked being bullied in your youth. We are proud of the ways you channeled that energy to be an extraordinary business owner. We are grateful that you celebrate your appearance, your fashion, and your success. Your look and style are unique and Noah Lyles, you encourage youth to celebrate and own their look. Thank you for running with flow and vision! (YES!!!!!!!!!!!!).
Not only is he pushing himself to maximum potential he is also pushing the rest of us to our greatest. Noah you are a God-send angel to the Track and Field Community. Praying for your strength and that you bring home the Gold. He is a champion and dream athlete to coach.
Noah’s dedication to every detail in his training is what sets him apart. This video is pure gold for anyone serious about improving their sprint game. 🏃♂🔥
This is great. Love seeing the actual track/weight training. God given talent is a great start, but it’s the daily discipline, work ethic and competitive drive that sustain his elite status. Can’t wait for Paris.
What amazes me is that no matter how faster you become, you always seem to pay more and more attention even to the smallest details in your training. And that is what really pays off in the end!
Every time i watch his vids i take something and add to my own. Even at 36yrs old im never too big headed to learn more. I appreciate these vids a lot and love that he allows us all in his time. I don’t believe in luck, So prayers to you this season, Noah!
I had no clue this kind of strength training was going on during the season. I thought it would be maintenance and mostly track work… so good to know. This is the sort of insightful information that I’ve longed for as a track enthusiast. Can’t lie, that 550 lbs squat woke me up 🔥 that power-to-weight ratio is monstrous.
For sure, great power there. It moved well too, which obviously is a goal this far in (don't want any grinding reps for a speed athlete lol). Obviously not going to have the highest volume this close to the biggest meets, but it's good to see the actual strength training.
It's so good to watch how you prepare for the Olympics. I've never seen that before. You work very hard for success, but there is no other way to reach your goal. Fingers crossed. You and Yohan Blake are my favorite sprinters. 🥰🙏
I want an app where I can see all the athletes and a profile, and then see their recent performances AND upcoming schedule!!!! I want to follow athletes!!! It’s so hard to know when anyone is doing anything. The sport is very event-centric and it should be player-centric!
He says "the race was okay, I ran 10.01". I'm not exactly a slow sprinter, and I only run 12.66! Love watching this stuff, especially Lyles' stuff. It's great.
“I’m the world’s fastest man. I’m not a normal person”. Exactly what I was thinking! 😅😅😅 she’s keeping him motivated either way. Good training partner!
I love the video! As a track lover, I loved seeing you post a video of a training day NOT GOING TO PLAN. You listened to your body and made the necessary adjustments. GREAT VIDEO! Also congratulations on the box squat PR. You can go heavier obviously but keep training smart, not just hard. Awesome stuff Noah!
I am really happy to see this young man train so hard with a great attitude. I follow him in all the races he does and I am his fan. GO LYLES (and brother)
I felt those warm-up ow's. I smack my legs before heavy lifts. I feel like it helps my brain locate the muscle group and preps me mentally to activate it.
Great video! I believe Noah knows exactly what this sport needs in order to gather more interest and attention from the younger generation. More celebrations after winning, more vocal on social media, and even content generation!
I wonder if Erriyon is lifting like this. It doesn't show on his body yet. It will take this kind of dedication for him to catch Noah. Noah might show boat but he obviously comes to the starting line best prepared.
I've read papers with RCTs showing 1/4 squats as opposed to full squats are the best exercise for increasing running speeds. Box squats would be very close to that (with a little bounce coming out of the box with padding).
Yo Noah the new hair style’s looking 🔥. Keep up the work my man, good things come for people who wait (by building up your season like you normally do, rather than running fast now and burn out come the Olympic trials and games). Love this video!
Good content, Noah! You should try to capture more collaboration during practices. We know you're the talent, but the success is shared among your team. We want to see the whole process, coach explaining why you're doing what you're doing, why you warm up the way you warm up, why you want to shed weight. etc., take us through the transition with you, but include all the members of your team that make you successful.
Thanks for showing us what it takes to become a champion... so many learned just by watching your energy, good attitude, and perseverence ... #grateful
Enjoyed the video! This video really shows how much determination is needed for this sport. I learn so much from your videos and it helps me become a better athlete as a whole. Im very grateful for your guidance in this sport. I hope you have a pain free exciting season!
I'm learning from each of your videos and then I'll send it to my grandson!!! Keep up the good work and we're all students of the art of sprinting!!! Thanks again appreciate your time and assistance with sharing your thoughts and training session
Lots of positive things going to happen in Paris. I ❤to see especially young couples in their perfect harmony. This is a divine dream team couple. Don't blow it guys. Lo❣
Thank you for sharing Noah! I enjoyed this content!! Summer can’t come fast enough Noah! I love how you keep pushing yourself!! Gold all the way Noah! You’re an inspiration to us.. showing us the work that it takes to get on the podium
Hey Noah I’ve been following your channel since you started! I have to say this you’re doing so good … Your videos and contents are very helpful for young athletes like me! Keep going bruhh..Our support will be always there for our nojo ❤️✨
since i started incorporating some of this in my routine I have been an healthy runner overall. No calf pains, and I can be consistent in my trainings. I am an endurance runner my 200m pb is like 33 seconds
I always thought that running fast = how quickly you can move your legs while reaching as far ahead as possible. At 44 I need to rethink this whole game.
I really enjoyed this video. Seeing you workout helps me understand the amount of determination it takes for this sport. Your videos helps me improve on myself and get better everytime I step onto the track and I'm very grateful. I hope you have a wonderful, pain free season this year!
